Enclosed is my check in the amount of $95.00, which you
quoted me for your service trip to repair the leaks in
nay stovepipe. I am happy to advise that whatever it is
that you did stopped the leaks and am happy to enclose
payment.
You will also find attached to this, letters that I
sent to the Chamber of Commerce and Better Business
Bureau, which you should find to be self-explanatory.
I'm sure you would be happy if I did not call you back
for any repairs, but if I need another stove or know
anyone who does I will certainly contact you.
Thanks again for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.

Gentlemen:
I'm sure you often receive more negative feedback than
positive from customers of companies in your area, however,
I would like to put a positive report on record for
the above-mentioned company..
Within the last year I called on the above-mentioned
company to make a repair to a wood burning stovepipe
and after making the repairs I found a few leaks. The
place where the repair was done was at a weekend cabin
I have in the mountains north of Big Canoe, which is
at least an hour drive from Marietta. The company did
not charge me any more for their service calls and as
far as I'm concerned gave me a fair price for the replacement
and repairs that they made. When I notified them of
the leaks they immediately responded and took care of
the problems but after repeated repairs I continued
to have leaks.
The most admirable thing was that the company continued
to come out and attempt to resolve the problems even
ending up working for a couple of hours in a monstrous
thunder storm. Quite frankly I thought they were going
to get blown off the roof of my house.
They weren't quite sure whether the things they did
would fix the leaks that I had but told me that they
thought they had done their best and would not accept
payment. They simply told me that if I found that the
work that they did solved the problem to send them a
check for what they considered to be a reasonable service
call.
Not only did I think that the bill they gave me was
reasonable but I feel that they went above and beyond
the call of duty to take care of a customer.
I would highly recommend these people for any business
that a customer would consider doing with them.
